Deus Ex Extractor and Decompiler is a simple program that can help you extract interesting content (textures, palettes, sounds, music, texts, models, etc.) from game packages. The program provides console and graphical interface. It is the only program that can fully rebuild original *.con files. So you can change some conversations (or translate to your own language) then recompile all DeusExCon*.u files and enjoy. It works!
